Utopia Property Management | Westlake Village, CA
Westlake Village is a community within the city of Thousand Oaks in Ventura County. Much of the original community was incorporated as the City of Westlake Village and is now part of Los Angeles County, although the entire area is still collectively referred to as Westlake. Much of the land around Westlake Village is given to hiking and horse trails, as well as golf and country clubs. In addition to being a popular bedroom community for the City of Los Angeles, Westlake Village is home to the headquarters of many large companies, including Dole Food Company and J.D. Power and Associates.

I found the whole process extremely efficient and supportive of people that work full time. Having rented in the past it involved visits the the estate agents on a number of occasions. In this situation I only had to go once to hand a form and ID in. Everything else was done via phone and email. They responded promptly to my queries. I am very pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to use Utopia Management in the future.

I had my doubts when I first started working with Utopia Property Management, but now that I've been there for a while (10 years!), it's hard to imagine doing business with anyone else. They are always responsive and available, and their communication is excellent. They take the time to really understand your needs and concerns, and they're constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of their service to you. They are also extremely professional—they never fail to show up on time, even when unexpected things come up at the last minute.
